MONOMETER CRUCIBLE MELTING FURNACES for aluminium alloys
 
The Monometer crucible furnace range is designed to meet every need of the non-ferrous foundry. From the lastest type fuel efficient fully automatic oil or gas fired bail out furnace, to the five tonne zinc alloy bulk melting crucible tilting furnace. 
 
A typical instillation would be 2 x 2 tonne zinc capacity hydraulic lip access tilting crucible furnaces melting metal for the production of steering locks, car door locks, keys and other automobile zinc dye castings. The furnaces are push button controlled fitted with basin type crucibles and fully automatic temperature control.
 
Variable speed hydraulic tilting enables precise control of the molten metal when pouring. Various insulation and refractory materials are available for these furnaces to meet the process requirements and capital budget of each foundry.
