An economical and efficient bulk melter for aluminium alloys. This Monometer furnace melts on the dry hearth principle and incorporates the latest practise in insulating refractory which results in a very high thermal efficiency and fast melting. Fully automatic micro-processor controlled burners are a feature of these furnaces. The whole furnace is hydraulically tilted and under push-button control to give precise lip axis pouring of the molten metal. Variable speed of tilting is provided. The large hydraulically operated Charging door is ideal for bulky materials and furnace access.
