Monometer has manufactured these non-ferrous melting furnaces in capacities from 500-kg to 50-Tonnes Copper. 
 
MONOMETER COPPER ROTARY FURNACE
Monometer 40-55 tonne copper Rotary furnaces are installed around the world. A recently commissioned furnaces is in the Jammu district of India. 
 
Performance
The Monometer rotary furnace system melts various grades of copper scrap to produce a purity 99.98% to 99.99% which is suitable for direct tapping into a CCR line for the production of copper rod. 
 
Refining Method
The furnace is equipped with tuyers for oxidation by air and reduction by LPG or natural gas without the need for poling or other reductant. 
 
Fuel
The furnaces are equipped to use most grades of fuel oil, natural gas or LPG and in some instillations, the furnaces have been equipped with twin burners for firing by gas or oil.
